Computerized drawings are nice ...
Very well stated, RJOH. Personally, I like to see such types leave the forum. I think of it as similar to The Darwin Awards ; an effort by natural selection at strengthening the remaining gene pool.

Lucky 13 win $600,000 Powerball lottery prize
13 seems to be a lucky pool size for playing PowerBall, last year the 13 Missouri workers won a $224M jackpot and some years back a group of 13 factory workers from Ohio won a $260M PB jackpot in Indiana or it could be the $50+ worth of tickets per drawing.

Pot Size Prediction?
Which is why a pool once said No to me. I'd have to go back 2 years and look through my posts (not gonna happen!) but I mentioned a company that would not allow new employees to join their ongoing pool and asked people here if they thought it was fair.
Yes, I do agree the man you mentioned definitely deserved to get his equal share. After all, he was invited to join. It all depends what was on the agreement. Had they won several smaller prizes and reinvested the money (that he didn't

Office lottery pool wins $61.5M Powerball jackpot
I've been running a Lotto and Powerball pool at my office for a few years and the last few rounds, we've won some small amounts, like $3, $4, $7, etc, which I usually put into more tickets. Last night we won $3. The fact we keep winning these small amounts is in my opinion, a good sign. Who knows, we may be next!

Proven Method
A pool of of say 10 players could afford to spend $40 a day on lottery tickets but the problem would be finding 10 players who would be willing to contribute $4 a day for a chance to split $500 ten ways two or three times a month.

Is Pool Depth Copyrighted?
Most folks call it skip rather than pool depth. Marketing Types like to coin phrases that make old concepts sound like something new and exciting.

Single winner in $314M Powerball lottery drawing
The winning PB ticket was sold at a Speedway convenience store in Richmond,Indiana. It was about three miles down U.S. highway 40 from another Speedway store that sold a $296 million winning ticket in 1998 to a lottery pool from Columbus,Ohio. Could it be that another Ohioan won a PB jackpot with an even bigger MegaMillions one waiting at home to be won?
