Some years ago I read about a similar project in Canada with one of their 6/49 games. Someone had come with system using a computer program that reduced the group of possible out comes that had the winner 90% of the time. They were charging $10K to buy a share for each drawing and divide the winnings among share holders. The fact that they no longer have a website and I never read anything about them in the news, suggest they never got off the ground or if they did, they failed.

I like that Canada and European lotteries are tax free. $63.4 with no taxes taken out sounds good to me. Wish U.S. lotto's had the same thing instead of these gimmicky inflated numbers.

if i win a lottery while going to the us to fill up on gas or buy stuff, I'd wait anytime from 2 weeks to 2 months, so I get my money immediately, since it takes time for them to get money from the states. If I won a lottery in canada, I'd wait like 3-5 months, or however long it takes for me to change my name, etc. But if I won online, I wouldn't have the choice.

Well that's the way it works in Canada but here in the U.S. if you take the cash option they really sock it to you with taxes so the state would have to do the annuities here.
