A Michigan man turned his life around when he won a $2 million top prize from a scratch-off a year after he lost everything in a flood.
The feeling of instant karma was immense for the anonymous Midland County player, 29, who played the Michigan Lottery's $2,000,000 Lucky 7's scratch-off game and took home a $2 million top prize.

Here's her story;
Evelyn Adams
Evelyn Adams made lottery history when she won two multimillion-dollar New Jersey prizes, in 1985 and 1986. Her total haul was $5.4 million. Like so many other lucky winners, however, Adams couldn t get out of her own way. She gambled much of the money away, gave too many gifts to family members, spent too much and made bad investments. According to Forbes, Adams blew it all and moved into a trailer.

Merlin arrived at his customary 5:00 am. He had always started early to make sure he did not miss out on anything. Anything being the office gossip, listening in on conversation between superiors and equals. He was moving upward and his latest find was going to strap a rocket to his plane.
Merlin was a mid-level staffer in the Pay Out Reduction Division. The PORD was also secretly referred to as the Chea

20 players share the jackpot after consecutive numbers are drawn
By Kate Northrop
An unusually perfect series of sequential numbers that came up in South Africa's most recent PowerBall drawing has led to accusations of fraud, while others jumped in to defend the integrity of a game based on pure luck and chance.
The winning numbers drawn on Tuesday, Dec. 1 were all consecutive numbers, including the PowerBall itself 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and PowerBall 10.
20 people purchased a ticket with t

Third time's the charm is apparently not enough for a small-town newsstand in west Ireland. Irish lottery players might find themselves drawn to the lucky little store in Ballinrobe after it sold its fourth significant winning lottery ticket.

One Arizona lottery ticket wins $410 million Mega Millions jackpot
I think that would be a good idea and call the new game Mega/Powerball and keep it at 5/70 and change the Mega ball to 1/28.
The other change would be 3 tickets for $5 or $1.67 for each ticket or you can still buy 1 ticket for $2 if you like.
The other change I would like to see is the elimination of the Federal income tax on lottery prizes.
On this latest Mega Millions jackpot winner they will pay 37% Federal and 5% Arizona state income tax for
a total of 42%.
Lets say they take
