Hi, I wrote another program for the pick 3 this last week. This one is shaping up to be the best predictor for Pick 3 I have written thus far. It's designed to generate 50 singles, but doubles can also be produced if desired by the user. I have been testing it with the Oklahoma Pick 3 and it's doing great so far.
