I say it is none of the lotteries business. If I want to sell my ticket to Patel at a discount then so be it. If they are worried about the dead beats who are skipping taxes/child support etc...then let those agencies do their jobs or lack there of. IMO the lottery money doesn't go where it should go in NJ. (property tax relief would be a start) But instead when an education system fails lets just throw more $$$ at it. That'll help.
