there is a lot of talk about claiming anonymously. does that mean the lottery commission doesn't get to know who you are? I also think that is absurd. sure in a fair world , the gov has no need to know. but to ensure or at least to try and protect against corruption,. there has to be some checks and balances. im for how it works here, as usual, the gov knows you and the tax office knows you, and the lottery commission gets to investigate you. and you still remain unknown to the public.

Yep, we are catching Hell0 right now with these numbers...... I have to even make UP workouts to even get some of these numbers they bring these days....I am just about through with them on the pick 3 anyway. May go all pick 4 -1-off and at least get a little something. Last night made 20 -1-offs in pick 4 but they didn't all pay off even if I were to have played them 1-off. Only 12 would have given me any $$$$. I'm sick of all this corruption.........Everyone should be ! Good Luck tonight...

yeah soulds like a tax lotto, well using pops of the state as basis for the draw, well under a tax lotto eveyone has 1 entry for ea $1 paid in taxes, but that would fail as it requres gove to give something back. this is a from choice lotto and entry is based on voluntary payment. as earlier reply stated it depends on who gets the power from such a system. i like the idea. you could annualy change the matrix based on pop stats and yea online it would save on paper work another of those in
