According to the New York Lottery's annual plan, the game will be introduced there when it is released. If it is, I may consider playing it on occasion, and definitely for the first drawing. The odds are only slightly worse than the current Cash 4 Life game, the price is 2.5 times more expensive, and the jackpot is around 3 times bigger, so I'd say it's worth a shot.

I remember watching the guy from the lottery being interviewed saying how much better the game will be. He said bigger average jackpots. He said the average would be 800 million. And more people would win with improved odds. So far non of that has happened.

Why the 2 draws down about 5 and 10 million about 3 weeks ago? I think the good question that even the MM people might not have an answer to is why a few drawing had a bigger jump even though the jackpot wasn't very big yet. There's a suggestion that it's a result of the huge PB jackpot, but I only have some unsupported guesses about why the PB jackpot increased MM sales. I think the big drops were simply a correction to unusually high sales. Lets say the odds for each of the next fours

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to scrape together $5.00 to play Mega Millions more so than $2.00 to play PowerBall.... It's apparent to me at $20 - $25 Million a roll for the current MM jackpot run some if not most of y'all are having the same difficulty. These lower odds/prizes games should be capped at maybe $3.00.

22.9 million to one odds of winning a million dollars a year for life. No one plays PB or MM when the jackpot is 40 million. Why would anyone play this joke of a game for 5.00 a line. A great go to game when all the other jackpot games are low. I'd play a cash 5 game way before this lemon.

I paid $10 for that Idaho Cash jackpot. Granted i didn't win it and the odds were the same, but it could have rolled over naturally and i could have tried next time. These bulk purchasers are a major threat to the lottery in my opinion.

Lots of people have different reasons for playing whatever game. I just dropped $5 on tomorrows Tx 2Step. It's up to $1,075,000. Odds are 1 in 1,832,600 to hit the jackpot. Is the jackpot hundreds of millions? Nooo. But after taxes I would clear somewhere around $700K. That suits me til I croak.

This comment is pretty amazing coming from the person who scored two $50,000 wins in the PB challenge last year. On the other hand I beat those odds Monday night with 5 tickets with #12 PB and power play winning $46 including one of the tickets with 2 WBs + #12.

Some people on this forum are super clicky !.....and swear they are always right!.....cannot take another persons opinion .....because they feel like theirs only matters .....Definitely a weird vibe sometimes I try my best to ignore ......Cause it's realky quite silly!.... there are No perfect people here .....We ALL make mistakes .....Owning them Long odds like you stated accountability.......Well that for many is a whole different thing!.....lol!.....
