I have a lot of sympathy for your problems... I really do... And I too like the GA lottery... However, you can't blame a state because you lost. It's a game of chance that we all take. Your chance is as good as my chance... THAT is why it is a game of chance... YOU mention the fact that you lost everything from Id theft... Again, I'm very sorry to hear that. BUT you say you were left homeless... The thing I don't understand is if you're homeless, why are you relying on the LOTTERY for income? I

Lottery System for trade!
But that's not what you offered. You are not offering to wipe the e-book off your computer and then give it to someone. You want to keep your e-book, give an illegal copy to someone, and illegally copy someone else's copyrighted materials for free.
Please stop passing this off as a harmless little thing. Piracy is theft.
The better analogy is you walking into a used book store, sticking a few books under your jacket, and walking out.

Payback For Winners
I don't even want a debit card NOW. Those get scammed so easily. We had a local theft ring at our mexican restaraunts where they would take 500-1000 bucks out of the bank of people using their debit cards. Could you imagine someone scamming you out of MILLIONS? that's your cash money you are messing with. What if a waiter at a restaraunt recognized you and stole your number and id number on the back? I guess i'm just paranoid.
I would stick with cash and one credit card.

Along with what car you'd buy...
Good ones folks.
Pac, you're killing me - a gasoline powered sweater and a radio contolled golf ball.
How about this one - a prescription windshield- so you don't have to wear glasses or contacts to drive- and just think what it's do to prevent car theft!

Bank details of lottery winners found by road
I'm not exactly sure what information was disclosed, but sometimes ID theft is grossly exaggerated. I wrote more, but I decided if I want to rant about the fear that we live in today, I'll start a blog. I do agree its on the side we need to be careful about whom we talk to and the personal information we furnish, but most of it is widely available anyway. You can't file taxes without using your soc sec # millions of people put everything about their lives on a form into an envelope with

How i feel:If Todd was to charge $1/month..
And to add to what Jade said, people prefer free over pay ANYDAY of the week. It doesn't matter if he charged 1 penny per year, people do not like paying for something they can get free elsewhere. Not only that, people do not like putting their real personal information out there online because of the prevalance of identity theft. Furthermore, not everyone has credit cards or the ones they do have could be maxed out.
If he were to charge, i'd pay, but I am willing to be that his 50,000 mem

Official Rules of the Games - PB/MM
If you claim the tickets individually - at 10 different claim centers - you will get all your cash, $500 bucks at a time. Nothing will be witheld since the win (for the individual ticket) is less than $600 (this is the IRS witholding threshold). You will have to decide if you want to tell the crooks at the IRS you increased your income by $5000. If your conscience is bothering you, go ahead and volunteer the info to the IRS. They will gladly take the money. They have no way of knowing you won an

Things to avoid as a new Lottery jackpot winner.
Yep, I used to dream about having a $20 million house on the coast of southern CA for the winter and a $10 million house somewhere in the mountains for summer. I dreamed of chartering a private jet to move from one to the other each season, and for all my travel needs. But I've scaled down my needs if I should win, too.
Even if I should win a record jackpot, I still won't buy a house for more than $750k. Even in resort towns, you can get a really nice house with half acre or more for
