It's definitely not Google chrome problem. Your computer still has some vulnerability left out. It could be that the system restore that you did could have brought in a problem(DLLs). In that case you will soon endup reinstalling windows. Did you follow all steps that I mentioned earlier to clear out chrome profile, uninstall and remove all old installation folder(left over folder and files) and then try with a fresh chrome installation?
