Swimming Pools - Rich People!
Had 2 dreams last nght. First dream my Pastor invited me over to his place to go swimmiing. He had 2 pools indoors. The water was warm. Me and the kids had fun. Then I woke up. Went back to sleep dreamed that I was at this rich old man's house. Went swimming in his pool too. In warm water. This man was very rich and wouldn't eat out of a corning ware plate. But he got in the pool too. He had a large staff working on his estate. Offered to pay my daughter $100 to pick up pieces of pape

Limited Editon Game : Win $1,000,000 A Year For Life
A free ticket is only worth about 11 cents because the only thing free tickets cost is replacing the prize pool money. If it was a flat $1 cash prize, then yes it would be 60%.

Group thought it hit the lottery; it didn't. OUCH!!
I agree. I only think about joining a pool sometimes to increase my chances but it can create so many problems. However, if the tickets had been copied or scanned for each member, at least the error would have been caught. I also agree with other members here that we're not getting the whole story. Why would someone suddenly buy quick picks?

Group thought it hit the lottery; it didn't. OUCH!!
However the Ticket Purchaser should have notified the other Members of the Lottery Pool about the NON-PAYING Members, and they should have decided as a Group how to handle the problem instead of taking it upon herself to Purchase the Tickets in a Manner NOT agreed upon by the Group.

Group thought it hit the lottery; it didn't. OUCH!!
At least since the group didn't win anything, those members who didn't contribute to help buy tickets won't have to go to court to get an equal share of the winnings. No matter how they divide zero it comes out the same for everybody. That's the chance one takes when joining a lottery pool.

Georgia Lottery's Millionaire Raffle tickets going fast
Let's just say for discussion sake as of the drawing cutoff time on December 31st they have sold 450,000 tickets. That would leave 50,000 tickets unsold, those numbered 450,001 to 500,000. Do they still do the drawing on the December 31st? If so do they just make it from a pool of 450,000? Are all the prizes still offered?

Ohio Lotto 6/49 Starts 01/22/2007
Ohio and Michigan already share the multi-state game MegaMillions for those players who want to play for an extra large jackpot. The Classic Lotto 6/49 game will fit nicely between Rolling Cash5 and MegaMillions. Some people use similar logic when starting a lottery pool but most people still prefer to take their chances alone and keep all their winnings rather than sharing them.

power ball pool
Lots of people like to think they would be willing to contribute $5-$10 to a lottery pool of 20-30 people if only someone else was willing to collect the money and buy the tickets. Even more really believe that they really would have been willing to contribute after they hear a group of people won a jackpot, but serious players don't depend on others to buy their tickets so lottery pools have people who aren't serious about buying lottery tickets so running them can be a pain.

Gail Howard systems
Hi there, I've won using Gail Howard's wheeling software with ALL 5 in NY's Take-5 in 2001. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to duplicate that kind of win again YET! I've had numerous 4 out of 5 wins, and 3 out of 5 you can do by hand if you study the game long enough. So I can tell you just from that alone that with all the tools and wheels and strategy it still takes a bit of luck in the end because there's just too many combinations that need to be covered to TRULY GUARANTEE a win. Michigan Lottery starts Millionaire Raffle game
It does sound like an interesting game. I'd buy a ticket. This is a good game for a pool to play. That's probably one of the reasons the tickets are selling so fast.
