Multi-state lottery options will expand in 33 states
Now that states have both Powerball and Mega Millions, it will be interesting to see how much faster the jackpots climb and how often they get hit. With Powerball at $107M, I can't wait to see how much it goes up if nobody hits it.

To Todd and ALL LP Members...
if you was the ultimate Pick3 cracker and you win Pick3 straight it pays: $500 which i am not sure but i think is free if it was $599 THEN you pay taxes i think...So you could win multiples: $500 pick3 jackpots and not pay any taxes nobody will know buy them in different stores....Or you could play when the digits repeat if you was that good and i think they pay: $390 there are several payouts that pay less than: $500 letting you get away without paying taxes...

I have a question, PB allowed you to collect jackpots privately. Will MM follow this attitude??? I would love to win, but I would love to secretly win. what about you!

Powerball comes to Michigan!
I haven't seen any slips here for the Mega Millions game yet. But I'm going to check tomorrow. I can't wait to start playing MM's. It's going to be nice playing two big jackpots games 4 times a week!

If You Won Both?
Suppose that you won a single jackpot of $32 million instead of the two starting jackpots of 12 and 20 million? Or 150 instead of 75 and 75? There's a huge difference in the odds that it would happen, but what's the difference in terms of what you would or wouldn't do with the money?

Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
They must not teach you about smoke and mirrors at the University of Georgia. Powerball does not calculate its jackpot the same way Mega Millions does. Look at the cash values of the jackpots compared to their annuity values.

Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
I think there would be some give and take between MegaMillions and Powerball depending on jackpot levels but I don't think Classic Lotto would take much of a hit. Jackpots are in another class but so are the odds.

Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
I happen to think its a great idea. I like large jackpots as well as the small ones. What's wrong with wanting to be ambitious and crave a $300mill jackpot? I mean After Donald Trump and Oprah made their first billion they didn't say oooooh i think i'm too rich so I will just stop making money

What smaller state games are going to get hit if everyone is playing 2 jackpots? the average person only has so much to play with.
