Dual multi-state lottery sales may keep jackpots lower
Jackpot now are the results of the number of tickets sold and states contributing 30% of sales to the jackpot. Unless that formula changes, I don't see why jackpots should be any smaller, in fact they should continue to roll to the same size, just quicker and more often. Facts are with more states participating, the starting jackpot should increase too.

Powerball helps Florida Lottery cover losses
I was addressing Florida's lamentations about their pick6 specifically. It will still differ from the pick5 and the others if they knock a couple numbers off the matrix and will still have bigger jackpots. Why let it languish and die without trying to shake things up? Change is good.

Powerball helps Florida Lottery cover losses
Why would they make the games easier to win when people voting with their money prove time and again that they prefer big jackpots with steep odds to comparatively modest prizes with better odds? Players reduced their plays on the state lotto game by $275 million but spent 64% more than that on powerball. They might not be the same players, but if your costs are the same it would be a pretty poor business decision not to trade a customer who spends $275 for one who spends $430. As players it's

I said before and I will say it again...
If the idea is to have more large jackpots to attract more players then it's all good. Players who prefer to play for a smaller jackpot with better odds will still support the game.

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
I too play Rolling Cash5 especially when its jackpots get to $300K+, but it's not the same as playing for a $100M+ jackpot. I don't play the games to show a small profit but for the excitement and thrill of gambling a few dollars on a chance to win lots of them. That's one of the reasons Pick3 has never interested me. The only thing I do that comes close to being practical when playing the lottery is trying to come up with a strategy to get the most bangs for the dollars my budget allows me to w

There is this Book I want
I have to go with the admonitions of Coin Toss on this one. Show me a book writer that has won a jackpot - documented. Why would anybody who knows how to win jackpots waste time writing a book about it? Wouldn't it be more practical and profitable to just keep winning those jackpots? I'm not doubting that a system can be advantageous in reducing odds to a degree but if the creator of said system was truly successful at beating the system, I doubt that they'd be telling everybody else how to

What's Your Lottery New Years Resolution?
My resolution is I'm going to win one of the jackpots. Even the Tx 2 Step would be fine, although not retirement size. LOL.
