RnG: Does it or Does it not...Reply
The RNG on my computer doesn't keep track of anything so the program I designed to pick my numbers for pick5 and jackpot games has counters to make sure numbers are only in combinations once and that all the numbers in my number pool are considered at less once until it can't come up with addition combinations within the parameters I set. If I was picking numbers for the pick3/4 games I wouldn't need counters.

Although lottery pools will remain in chaotic phase three to four drawings in a row, typically, chaos normally continues only for a couple of draws. Such is the case for Thursdays drawing. The Oklahoma lottery pool has experienced an interesting start up remaining in dormant phase the first 4 drawings. Normal startups require approximately 10 draws before typical movement is observed. It's a prime time for viewing which numbers are destined to be hot such as 11, 16, 27 appear to be, and which numbers will spend most of their time in the bottom of the bucket.

California Fantasy 5 Number Strategy
California Fantasy 5 has had interesting results so far. Had a few predicted 4 matches in the beginning of the tracking session, but the MATRIX was changed prior to Mon, 08/28/06. Since then there have been several predicted 4 matches, and one predicted 5 match on Sat, 09/09/06! The lottery pool has been in dormancy the last three drawings, but this should change soon.
