Ohio Rolling Cash 5 Number Strategy
Now that RC5 has rolled to $364,000, it would be a good time for the number pool to be radical. Good luck if you play.

Priorities
Since the MegaMillions game started, 64.5% of the winning numbers haven't included a number from the previous drawing. Eliminating any numbers in your number pool is a gamble, but most players can't afford to cover what might happen 100% of the time. Playing the lotteries is just like any other type of gambling, the players try to give himself the best odds of winning based on his knowledge of the game.

Unclaimed lottery tickets
I think 1 year is enough. After that the prize should go into the prize pool as a bonus jackpot. As far as taxes go you would have to claim it during the tax year you won unless you win in December or so. At least in the US.

Wisconsin factory workers win $208M Powerball lottery
Well that would be rule #1 if I ever started a pool. Everyone would have to agree that the group takes the cash or it gets too complicated.

PB over/under $200 million
With Powerball's back loaded annuity, it's very possible the next record PB jackpot might be between $365 million and $390 million, in which case there's no match 5 bonus pool but the cap still increases.

what will powerball and mega roll to?
For Powerball it would go 250 -> 310 -> 375 -> 395 since the cap is now at 395. Anything extra would go to the pick 5 pool. I don't think sales would be enough to push it to 395 in two rolls but you never know.

The money Lotto South never paid out
We all have sharply divided opinions on the new GA-KY-VA Lose for Life. But what has been forgotten is that when Lotto South ended, the three states decided to double the lower tier prizes for the final drawing (if no jackpot winner) instead of emptying out the entire first-prize pool. Does anyone know if GA, KY, and/or VA ever gave that money back to the players?
