Powerball went up to two bucks and seems to be chugging right along. People were buying those two dollar tickets and not evening thinking twice when the jackpot hit record levels. It's quite possible that he/she/they are getting all their affairs in order...possibly all the legalities and perhaps looking for a place to relocate to before they come forward.... I'd be doing my best to get everthing straight too, but don't think I could wait any real extended amount of time before claiming that kind of money because I'd be worried something would happen to me before I got a chance to enjoy it so I'd definitely get all this stuff straight in record breaking time!
