As long as anyone who think they should have been in the pool can sue regardless of whether they contributed or not, there will be these types of problems. The problem with trust is that al

I hear ya! I need some wins too. I want to buy another house and pay cash for it! A big house with a theater and an indoor pool with a hot tub. A pool table, and lots of closet space for my wife's clothes and fricken' shoes, shesh! A giant fireplace in the center of a great room! A humungus kitchen with an island or two. A view overlooking something nice. And of course a maid and a gardner and a chef on the staff with their own living quarters I'm sure my wife would w

I think having a contract drafted by a lawyer sounds like a good idea. I know you don't have to go through a lawyer, but I think it offers more protection against those people trying to claim a piece of the prize when they weren't in the pool.

How To Protect Yourself In A Lottery Pool
When I ran lottery pools for the jackpot games (California Super Lotto Plus), everyone that was in the pool printed their name on a piece of paper and showed that they had paid their $5. After the tickets were purchased, everyone got a photo copy of all the tickets AND the list of names. Although we never hit the big one, I also had the paperwork that California provided for lottery pools (all the legal stuff).

No delusion-100% winning method
I wrote earlier in that if you play the correct string of numbers comprising 64 permuations you will come up with a straight hit. Not neccessarily so. You will at least have box. Straights will be strewn all over the 64 columns of 10 of numbers. Again you will eliminate multiple columns of duplicate numbers that will often give you box duplicates and sometimes straight duplicates. You will be left with a much smaller pool of numbers with which to do the picks .

TX Two Step won by 3 tickets
I wonder if NY has ever considered a 4+1 game. It probably would do well, unless NY were to make the prize pool 40% of sales as in NY Rotto.

Sharing Winning Lottery System........
Hey RJOh, yes those the hard core facts. Well, sort of. I t depends upon which paradigm you accept. I know for a fact that it is completely possibe to get the winning number in relatively small pool of numbers. If you implicitly accept those stats it going to be very hard transcend them. I give you my word that those stats don't completely hold up.
