I think not. What do we now know? We know that they do Test draws. We know that the sign is supposed to be removed before we are given an official draw. But is there really an official draw at all? Face it, the lottery officials have to scan all of the data bases where the bought and paid for combinations are recorded. This takes time and is subject to delays like just about anything else in life. I am sorry, but i just don't get it. What do they have to scan for? Sold combinations? we all know there are plenty of cases where winning combination haven't being sold. And prize roll over to the next game. I applaud your efforts as well Mr-B 216. I am going to continue to use this as a Bulk Starter Pool for a While.
