MD Pick 4 game had a sign saying TEST on the live drawing??
I think not.
What do we now know? We know that they do Test draws. We know that the sign is supposed to be removed before we are given an official draw.
But is there really an official draw at all? We know the lottery runs several test draws, and then we ASSUME they run an additional draw which becomes the official draw. But what if they don't.
It seems to me they just run and record several test draws, and then pick the one that has the fewest winners, or just pick one randomly, and t

Why the fervor over a winner being a quick pick or self pick?
Face it, the lottery officials have to scan all of the data bases where the bought and paid for combinations are recorded.
This takes time and is subject to delays like just about anything else in life.
I am sorry, but i just don't get it. What do they have to scan for? Sold combinations? we all know there are plenty of cases where winning combination haven't being sold. And prize roll over to the next game. All of the scanning has to be done AFTER the winning combination had been announ

Pick 3 & Pick 4 Needing Idea's for this Grid Graph? Works all states 100% guaranteed.
I applaud your efforts as well Mr-B 216. I am going to continue to use this as a Bulk Starter Pool for a While. I See some Promise in the I_Ring and plan to spend a bit more time on all of the shapes before shelving this. It turned out to be quite the learning experience and I developed some things in Excel that I will apply to other Files.
This was never a Holy Grid. That is why I did not Focus on the Whole thing and found a way to change the underlying grid by setting up the Excel Sheet to

Just an FYI on WI Lottery History.
August 30, 2004 The Lottery goes from using balls for the drawings to using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

Lottery rigger warned officials about computerized drawing machines years ago
Privatization of lottery operations is increasingly a concern. Even for lotteries that aren't fully privatized, as vendors take on more and more responsibilities. For example for the PA Lottery, despite it still being government managed, it seems officials have little control with vendors running much of the day to day operations.
As for rigging draws to choose less wagered numbers, I've long wondered how much of that happens. About the only saving grace, for Pick-3 4 games, is the overall ta

Take5 NY
So here's an interesting question; Which T5 number had the shortest longest skip in 2016?
It's #27 and it's longest skip was 15 drawings. #31's longest skip was 19 drawings.
So what's so special about #27 and #31?
Well, #27 has 45 hits on the year, which is expected at this point in 2016. #31 has 56 hits and it's one of two numbers with the most hits in 2016. (56)
Which number had the longest skip of 2016? It's #8 which skipped 60 drawings and it has 46 hits on the year.
So wha

Post your scratch ticket results
I was scanning through this page and this thing showed up again...I have to say AGAIN...wth? This is really a cheesy
ticket...they broadcast one $100 winner per pack like it's a life changer..don't get me wrong, I won't look down my nose
at $100 but when presented like this, it's an insult. Please NY, keep this all to yourself.
Wow and another thing...they state at least one winner per pack of $100, meaning what? That there might be more?
And is that some subtle push to have someone
