Computer drawings. I believe drawings should be done by human hands instead of computers. Computers can be programmed to secret backdoor settings and can have unfair advantage. They are making so much money and you can't tell me there is no cheating by computers.

The Va Lottery paid out a total of $160,365 between the Pick 3 and Pick 4 today. All of the signs have been pointing to a Trip but these cheating suckers won't drop it.

Yes, I believe that the CA lottery's RNG machines are not communicating with a central computer. There's no need for them to communicate for the purposes of cheating. Our payouts are pari-mutuel, so the lottery can never lose money no matter how many or how few winners there are.
