Workplace lottery pool don't have trouble from players who sign a contract and pay their money but from those who don't. If the pool wins big, some of those co-workers who didn't play may think since it was a workplace lottery pool some one should have asked them to play, covered them or in some case not be so greedy as not to share the winnings with everyone.

Just as important as a good contract is your correspondence with all players and potential players. Try to get everything in writing which is very hard with an office pool. This is why I HATE LOTTO POOLS .BEST WAY TO END A FRIENDSHIP TOO. At work the guys would always ask me to get into a pool ,and i would always say no ..One day the group of 16 of them hit for 5 grand.In New York your only aloud ten in a pool ..who didn't want taxes taking out ..who wanted the payout on the years ,who was getting more money because they went and got the tickets...what a nightmare...Well after that the pool broke up and nobody talks to one another any more..Ididn't say a word..

Anyways, I agree it is risky to give money to some bulter services who might run off with your money or playing in pool where you don't know anyone.
