Florida Fantasy 5 EZMATCH Stinks !!
Too bad that the money that is not paid out in the ezmatch prizes, couldn't be added to the fantasy 5 pool. But that might cause people to purchase more tickets with a higher payout in the fantasy 5. What was I thinking?

Ohio LOP-record low payouts again
I purposely wrote NY _R_otto... R as in ripoff. The prize pool is only 38%-40% of sales. 3/6 always pays $1.

Ohio LOP-record low payouts again
The last two drawings had the lowest payouts yet for their respective nights of the week. Wednesday's prize pool was less than $150,000.

Looking for Powerball Pool Player
If I was running the pool, I would wait until the next time Powerball invokes the cap rule and spend all the money. With the bonus money going to the second place prize offers a very good expected value. You get a large jackpot at $390 million, plus extra money with match 5 prizes.

Powerball Sets A New Record
Lucky match 4+1 winners!! Too bad for the match 5+0 winner that PB prizes other than the jackpot are fixed, and not pari-mutuel, though, or that winner would have won $877,996 (the amount actually in the match 5 prize pool based on sales for that draw). On the other hand, if prizes were pari-mutuel, each match 4+1 winner would have received only $3,264 each assuming PowerPlay is not a factor.

$267 million Mega Millions lottery ticket sold in Ohio
I hope it's another lottery pool like the PB winners in Nebraska. Although it doesn't affect my life, I'd rather read that 5 or 10 people are new millionaires than only 1. The only reason I'd ever want to win more than $10M (cash value) is sharing would be a lot easier. If I won close to $100M after taxes, I could be very, very happy just keeping $20M of it!

Mega Millions lottery jackpot up-sized to $267 million
C'mon MM, I know you can do it. Just roll over just a little bit more. Just three more rolls, just three more! I am in a lottery pool now.

jackpot lottery pool
I would. And I believe this site is the place to do it. I have been reading the posts for several months now and I feel the atmosphere here is very positive, very forward, and extremely honest. In any lotto pool, honesty is a required virtue.

Record Powerball lottery jackpot claimed by 8 meat plant workers
The record $365 million Powerball jackpot has been claimed by a group of eight workers from a Nebraska meat processing plant.
They all work at a ConAgra ham processing plant near the U Stop convenience store where they bought the winning ticket.
It was the biggest jackpot on record for any lottery in the United States.
The winning numbers drawn Saturday were 15, 17, 43, 44 and 48, with a Powerball number of 29, according to the Multi-State Lottery Association of Des Moines, Iowa, which

$365M News Conference
Hearing it was another pool that won. Some meat packing place across the street from where the ticket was sold. Imagine that. A group, able to make a decision in less then six months! Whew! What is the minimum education level for packaging meat?
