To Visiondude
Why the attack on Vision Dude? You have stated in your Vtrac Challenge you will post numbers for 3 states. Your challenge will stand on it own. The people don't only want a winner, they want to win more than they spend. Most states say that the pick3/4 games are their most profitable games, so it hard for me to believe someone has a system where the players come out ahead (win more than they spend including your $40/month fee).Good luck to you, hope your posts will back up your claims.RJOh

Mega Millions vs Ohio 6/49
Once the 30yrs annuity becomes acceptable in a few of the big lotteries, it will become the standard for most of them, after all it's a way to increase the jackpot with the same amount of money and most pool players only play when the jackpot reach a certain level. Ohio $20M jackpot with odds of 1:13,983,816 sounds good regardless of the payout. RJOh

Mega Millions vs Ohio 6/49
RJOh: The 5,952,380 or so amount for Mega Millions was for the starting $10 million jackpot LAST Tuesday (9/10). The cash value percentage of the Mega Millions annuity is virtually the same as Powerball's. (Never mind PB soon will go to 30 annual payments.) The Ohio Lottery needs to be much more reasonable about the cash value percentage of the Ohio 6/49 annuity; otherwise, the right thing to do would be to make Ohio Lotto an ALL-CASH game (since Ohio itself cannot produce mega-jackpots).

Mega Millions vs Ohio 6/49
Have you checked the Ohio Lottery website lately? They have to cash value of Megamillion jackpot at $5,952,380, maybe they calculate cash value differently. Their current SuperLotto jackpot of $20M has not be updated, so it might be that its webmaster may not have the information. That being what it is, it you play for cash, the annunity rates or payout shouldn't matter.RJOh

MEGA MILLIONS
Yesterday I posted the $8 worth of numbers I was going to play and I matched the Bonus ball for $2. That's not a lot of money, but it does make playing the MM enjoyable. I don't expect to do better than the 1:43 odds unless I'm lucky, and I can't get lucky unless I play. Unless you enjoy gambling and can afford to lose a few dollars, you shouldn't play. Practice picking numbers, but don't play them, wait till you start picking some winners and feel lucky and then play.RJOh

9/11 & Powerball
I headed over to Indiana yesterday to cash in my $10 ticket and played for 2 draws. I had a $7 winner for yesterday and if nobody wins Wednesday I will be traveling again to cash in my tickets. I think the jackpot is high enough to attract outer state players and should start growing faster.RJOh

Michigan Challenge Day 5
To JustOnce,If you are a full-time college student, your time would be better used studying instead of continueing to repost the same opinions. At the end of the challenge the results will speak for themselves and if you don't like the way Sedertree does his math, do your own. I've read several other posts about calculating odds and everybody does it different to come up with an answer they like.RJOh
