As far as I'm concerned, there isn't a bad time to win a lottery even if it's not a record breaker or you have to share it with other winners. I know there are those who won't play birthday numbers because of their fear of winning a lottery jackpot and having to share it with other winners.

lol The only thing you can do is check their bar membership (most are online) and make certain they have do not have a disciplinary record and they still have a license to practice. There are some unofficial rating systems but they are pretty meaningless and 99.99 % end up with the same rating. That formula reminds me of the ones from Sheldon on the Big Bang Theory....love that show.

Lot's of muscle! That insurance is going to be HIGH however, especially if he's still in his early 20's. It's only money though, and with your 5+0 track record, I think you've got all your ducks lined up!!!

I would say do not limit yourself to looking in just one place...they go both ways. if you are focusing on digits the way you were and looked at both sets mid and eve you would have had a clear picture of what was going on. i try not to get caught up in the day to day eve to eve thing...it works and then it flips so just look in both places and cover your tail. if you playing hot digits you'd right aways eliminate half of my posted numbers. Pennsylvania: Are you Ready for Sum 4 on Midday?
Checking out the stats on Versabet, I noticed that sum 4 is out 456 draws on the day side, a new max. The night draw's max is 411 days. I went thru all the 2 draw states and found a couple interesting tidbits. * The record for the day side is 441 draws. * The record for the night side is 480 draws. Any of you Penn. players see a sum 4 hitting shortly on midday? There's only 4 combos to play but we know a lower sum can go awhile. I'm thinking this stays under 500 days. Unless
