Also, i dont know if the, USA wanted to do this or could do this...But the usa could also build more rail system: 100 of them in foreign countries: generating for itself: $50 Billion dollars and 50 ports in other countries generating for itself: $100 Billion dollars a year...Like Canada or countries who cant afford it... The USA will had had: $150 Billion dollars PER year...Money that could be use to help foreign countries, like Foreign: AID....There are smart way to do things, YOU KNOW....

I don't think CA needs a civil war. They should stay intact and secede from the union instead. I think most of the country would be agreeable to that as long as Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein and Waxman had to go with the deal. And Ahnold, they'd have to keep Ahnold too.
