Hopefully you realize a cartoon is meant to be funny. High horse indeed....but seriously how many people KNOW they have won money and decline to claim it? Probably .001%. Way more people don't know they won and subsequently never claim it.

funny you mention that Bob. one of the guys at the store near my house said today, he hardly plays anything, any more. He said why does the msl need a half hour cut off, BEFORE the drawing. He said just think about it for a minute. He said, he thinks that way they can control what happens. Makes sense most of the time. Then throw out a bone like last night....just a thought!!

I use to have a set of Take 5 numbers here in New York I played, but the payoff was so low and the length of time for them to come in was pathetic. In fact I hit twice on 4 numbers and the second time was even lower. But somethings better than nothing. It's funny this topic came up because just today I have started debating on quick piks or set numbers. Maybe a new set and a quick pik. Keep within a budget.
