Check out Texas lottery website. The commissioners voted to publish Powerball game rules for public comment response. This is one step in the process that Tx lottery commission takes when changing rules, or adding new games, etc. Have to go to work, didn't read the whole thing, but this is moving Powerball closer to being in Tx.

I can kind of understand what you're saying as far as disappointment but like others have said, there are millions of others who aren't winning either. To me, it's a game of chance, nothing more, nothing less. I usually play Ohio's Classic Lotto and sometimes Ohio's Rolling Cash 5 , which I got 4 out of 5 numbers on last year and won $300. Even after getting that I thought geez, just ONE more number and I would've won the jackpot ! I usually play $10 at a time but Saturday I spend $29 on Classic

Sounds like the bait and switch game to me! I lived there when the lottery was first commissioned! I was born and raised in So. Calif. and I voted for the lottery to be started there and now those people are going to have their lottery torn up by changing it and in the long run letting the Education System be RIPPED OFF! Okay, I swear I want to give this game up.. I was ON to that 2,3,8 coming (picking 1328 2387 for today, and having 2483 picked 2 days ago), yet decided against including the 4! What is especially painful about this loss is that I love the number 4382 (it is on my license plate), AND I considered changing the digit 1 of 1328 to a 4 as I was buying my ticket but decided against it. That is twice in ONE-WEEK that this has happened!! I'm NOT happy.
