I saw the drawing and there are no excuses for those types of malfunctions! They are cheating so bad i hate to say it. I was reading several comments about rumors of them losing lots of money to Rosie's and this is why they aren't paying out anything. My thoughts are leg numbers people are playing come out like 111 222 1010 and maybe they'll get back to playing lottery more than games at Rosie's!

Perhaps the 3D barcode took care of this problem. Not sure wish state it was but they'd scratch a tiny line across, scan the ticket and losers would go back in the mix. With 3D technology that way of cheating out the window! Thanks for clarifying it.

I think the VA lottery has away of cheating us there is no way that the numbers i keep playing what come up, sometimes yes but for the last year i cant hit not one number and i use to hit at less two to three times a month, spending $40 to $60 aday and nothing something is wrong.

Someone on Facebook group Ga Lottery Crushers just put up a video of the balls being drawn and the cameraman shows the lady ready the cash3 numbers off the piece of paper she's holding. Can't tell you how many times they have shown their hand/cheating. Hopefully people are wising up and cutting backt..hoping to see that profits are down this year.

I have being playing 646 for 2 years now, i use to hit the pick 3 like crazy for thounsands at atime but for the last 2 years i cant hit nothing i think the va lottery has a way of cheating us.
