Past results is not even the true Prior P parameter. We all lie with statistics due to personal bias, is a comforting thing. You cannot be certain with prior P when the premise of the games is clear: Each event is mutually exclusive'.

They are rigging their financial liability, not the game. If they didn't put a cap on certain numbers when those numbers were overplayed relative to other numbers, then they would have to make the payout pari-mutuel in the event an overplayed number was drawn. So now they have been favoring odd numbers 7 out of the last 10 draws with the last 2 draws both 5 odd, no even, which is really something that is very rare event. Makes it a lot easier to pick numbers if you can figure out when that will happen since the field is cut in half.

I don't think anyone here is qualified to make that assessment. I guess it depends on what angle or methodology you worship. It's also important to adhere to the percentages and probabilitiy of an event occurring.
