Texas Lottery Commission votes to ban lottery couriers
It doesn't do any good to post links when you choose what you want to read and miss the details that answer your questions.
I posted a link to the article when they identified the Joker, a professional gambler, as the person behind the buy out, (they called it a rigged game, BTB). They also traced how the Money was routed (which answers your question of how we know).
If they were talking to first hand parties, people who were involved, I see no reason to question their investigation or t

If humanity does indeed carry a hidden evolution code in its DNA whether literal, symbolic, or energetic there are several ways AI could help decipher it. Since there s no conventional scientific evidence for this, we need to think outside the box, but with logical rigor. Here are some avenues that AI (or humans with AI tools) could explore:
1. Junk DNA Analysis
What it is: 98% of our DNA doesn t produce proteins and is called junk DNA but it could have regulatory functions or something e

Who is Sam Bankman-Fried and Why Are The Fed's After Him?
What was the breakdown between Democrat and Republican Donations? I honestly don t know, but I am willing to bet that it is lopsided.
And I references the Atlantic article so you would know. Making imaginary bets is one thing; can you prove his political donations were lopsided? And seriously, who in their right mind bets on something they just said I honestly don't know ?
Read this on Time , All my Republican donations were dark, SBF said, referring to political donations that are not

Wit and Wisdom of old lottery players...
And as I said about Artist77 he goaded edessa into continuing, but doesn't take part in the threads edessa starts.
There are 25 threads on page 1 in the Gaming Forum and 23 of them were not only started by eddessa but they posted the majority of replies. My point isn't about starting 23 out of 25 threads or that 18 of them are locked because of inactivity, it's about the fact 16 of those threads have ZERO replies. It sure looks like somebody can't get replies on their threads so they decide

Profile Viktor Gjonaj who scammed investors to pay for his lottery addiction
Long article. Interesting read. I skipped most of it after Vitto brings in the guy who just got out of jail. You just know that's going to end with everybody living happily ever after!
Steve Fishman, an attorney famous for defending high-profile criminals. took the case, and he sat with Gjonaj as he told his story to a federal prosecutor, Karen Reynold. Gjonaj handed Fishman a spreadsheet listing people from whom he had borrowed a staggering $23 million. This was less than the $28 million

Profile Viktor Gjonaj who scammed investors to pay for his lottery addiction
This is a profile of Viktor Gjonaj, the Michigan-based real estate broker who made a bunch of fake companies and scammed a bunch of people to pay for his multi-million dollar addiction to Pick 4.
Some good excerpts from the article:
Gjonaj had won only a few hundred thousand dollars, he estimates, until June 2017, when he noticed that the number 7-8-0-0 often appeared at least once or twice a year. Believing that the number 7-8-0-0 was due, he started to buy between 300 and 1,000 $12 ti

433 players win $4 million lottery jackpot in Philippines, prompts calls for investigation
This is an example of why when picking numbers, one shouldn't pick patterns, common sets of numbers, birthdays, etc. It doesn't decrease the chance of winning but it increases the chance of having to share if all the numbers hit.
One well known example of this is Mega Millions in January 2011 when the jackpot was $380million ($240million cash). 25,587 players played a set of numbers that appeared in the TV series lost and matched 3 numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $150.

"SuperBowl Pool" of Florida scrtach-offs
When I ran the above pool, I know it was during the Summer of 2012. I know that because while I was making the board, I had the TV on, and I can recall seeing TV news video tape of Mitt Romney accepting The Republican Party's nomination for President. So as you can see, it was 10 years ago that I did it.
I did it because I had read an article in the newspaper about it, and how it had become a thing or a fad in Chicago. Seems it swept workplaces in The City of Chicago like wildfire. My complim
