Bob....our group keeps it simple....you bring your ticket(initials on the back someplace) and turn it into one person to hold that everybody trusts(in our case who volunteers for record/secretary duties). That person then makes a copy of all the tickets(front and back if you want) and distributes the copy to each member of the group.The holder for the group can put the persons name beside the ticket (that he/she brought in) on the copy sheet..... This is when that two dollars actually comes into play. I was kind of shocked to see they bumped it up fifty million for the next drawing. I suspect it will be a bigger jump if noboy hits it on Wednesday. I assume that it will be a record if it's not hit in the next three drawings.
