NJ House rejects lottery appropriation for teachers
No, that kind of thing actually happens, I've seen it myself. Even with things like having teachers attend training sessions, sometimes the parents get together and pool their money to send a teacher to a convention or training when the school won't do it.

Anyone know a Counting Formula or System?
A lot of lottery programs have that feature, it's called gaps and ranges. The most common gap is 0 or a difference of one between adjacent numbers in the same drawing and the most common range depends on the size of the number pool.RJOh

Maddogs Mega Million Challenge 7/5
We must be picking our numbers using similar logic, I also started out with an initial pool of 40 numbers from the last 15 drawings. Good luck to you too.RJOh

Lottery Pools??
I wouldn't mind taking a look at a sort of 'exchange pool' scenario..... someone in an MM wants to play PB, I buy the tickets they want for them, given them the same number of numbers I'd like them to buy for me for MM, whatever. We each drops the physical tickets into the US Mail to one another prior to the draws.Something of that sort.... doesn't have to involve trusting strangers.Jack

chaos
I think you have to look a chaos theory with a jaundiced eye. If I have it right, chaos theory presumes no bounds(unbounded). Lotto numbers on the other hand ARE bounded by the pool size of the numbers being picked. The other thing is that nobody, that I am aware of, has bridged the gap from theory to usable lottery analysis. If I'm wrong, please post it.

Mega Millions for 7/01
Many times, when a majority group of numbers appears within a certain TIER GROUP, there will be an equal and opposite appearance within the opposite TIER GROUP!Because the lottery pool hasen't established yet, new numbers are being posted regardless of this rule.RJOH, obviously by the more or less snide remark in your previous post, you didn't take the time to try and understand what I am trying to share here, or is it something more personal?

Arizona Fantasy-5 for 6/30
01-03-23-29-3501-04-25-29-3502-03-23-25-2902-04-23-25-35Thursday s numbers 02-17-25-29-35 appeared (17) from the UPPER TIER group, and (02-25-29-35) from the LOWER TIER group, (+RADICAL MATRIX+). When numbers appear within the +RADICAL MATRIX+, (4 or more numbers together from the same TIER group), CHAOS is evident within the lottery pool, and betting activity continues!Had a little luck with this one, (3) three matches, and (1) two match.Patience is a virtue, CHAOS continues! Good luck!

Arizona Fantasy-5 for 6/30
Hi, MADDOG10! Hope your numbers work well for you! My strategy is based on the actual statistics created from the numbers struggling to remain equal. This strategy doesn't allow mixing UPPER LOWER tier numbers together in the same pool.Good luck!

Congratulations!
I think it is just the opposite in California. When I have won 4 of 5 and it paid over $400 the jackpot was high and vice versa. It not only depends on how many winners, but also how many people bet!! I have had low payouts and the number of winners was less than the high payouts. The only explanation is that there is less money in the pool. When there is a big jackpot, more people play and the pools are bigger.
