The predictions pages calculate all stats in a way that all states are the same. The prizes for every state on the predictions board are the same for every state, even though many states have slightly different prizes. This enables the ability to compare prize stats between states, which is impossible if the actual prizes are used. If the stats were calculated using the actual prizes, someone who wants to artificailly boost their statistics could post numbers only in the states with higher

All the predictions on the prediction board are at least an hour before the drawings which give most players at least 45 minutes to play them.
