Nothing odd about it. It's how Todd has this setup. That if you're not a paid member, then the links to your blog are restricted. They don't show up on the blog site but only within the forums as blog posts. Once membership is paid, links work fine.

I just went to the link you posted and looked up the Bonus Match 5 drawings for the dates Maryland Bonus Match 5 : missing results between 10/10/1991 and 9/17/1995. https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/357163/8029642 It looks like the missing draws are the result of a change of format. When the game started on Oct 10,1991 it was called Match 5 and the drawings were held on Sun-Tues-Thu. Then on Sept 20,1992 they changed the draws to 5 days a week. Sun-Mon-Tues-Thu-Fri.
