A few years ago, a lady from Miwaukee, Wisconsin won the six pick lottery in the same State, using a method she later wrote in a booklet, and, recorded on and audio tape, AFTER, she again applied the same methods, and won the six pick Arizona state lottery. Too many people DO forget, or at least forget how they felt when it happened. I will NOT forget, and to help others remember I played a recording of a 9/11 radio broadcast from when it was happening. Ultimately this audio stream was removed from online.

here's the thing. as the director stated in the article, they can't afford to buy air time for the actual drawing.here's the solution (and i've been saying thids for quite some time). upload the security camera footage (video and audio) to the website, so players can see what exactly goes on during the drawing. if necessary, dub it into a digital tape format.
