Uncle Sam sure takes his fair share (47.9%). Would love to know where this money truly goes. If it were to the States operating budget why do we still have sub-par public schools, crappy roads and bridges and cities not thriving? Things that make you go ....hmmm.

True, its up to the lottery gods to decide when to cap it off based on their budget strategy. Normally they cap it off around 5 - 7 million. But they have let it go up to 10 million before. Especially when the powerball is so high. So good luck

I develop my own systems. Yet to find a consistent one. I started over 20 years ago with Excel spreadsheets and have since moved on to Python scripts. The most important thing I do with systems is also create a strict budget. I also only play one combo per game. @$14 per week, that means either day and night pick 3, day and night pick 5 or PA Match 6 (all cost $2 per day). I looked at darn near everything over the years. Picking up my PA raffle ticket today, the first day they go on sale. I only go off the budget when the jackpot games get high and for the PA raffle... in the last 2 years I won $100 on each ticket. Had not played them before.

Personally I don't knock those that play MM. Everyone has their own reasons for playing or not playing MM, whether it's indignation at paying $5, or the ones that will pay $5 because the jackpot is still life changing. Thanks....well it depends on my budget... sometimes on Mid-Day I play a total of $10-25 sometimes the same for Evening.. ...but that's not everyday. I can't complain at all because I have seen I have won more than losing...I keep record so I don't go overboard, trying always to control myself. By the way, last year I won a lot of $ with 4 numbers and also a mini jackpot had to share it with 2 other people, but anyway, we all here are aiming at that BIG one, I know you all will reach that goal..!
