Powerball won in California, because of course it was. That it's won in California so often is how people should know it's not rigged. Every other state gets annoyed every time it's won in CA. If it were rigged it wouldn't be won there so often.

I totally agree with you on the statement you claim but it never hurts to have a plan B if lottery your priority. I see a lot of posts like these and I always have the same response...be glad that it's rigged because of it were completely random then not one single system,rundown, TTT or any other method would be anywhere close consistently like they are now. They keep it rigged so people keep playing. If it were completely random then people would stop playing and they would lose money. Think about that. Pairs bring other pairs which isn't random. States all get the same numbers/pairs within a draw or two.
