Great question! Basically I just break it down into pairs and look at them all and what follows. 01x was the most consistent so that's the one I went with. I don't study Indiana so it's a quick look and see but every state has these same patterns. Find pairs and start searching for what's a consistent follower

I think this works for Texas. I mainly play Pick 4. Last night draw was 8316 and morning draw was 9691. I guess I need to understand and study this more! Thanks for posting!
