Unclaimed £33m UK Lotto winner!
A woman has claimed she has the missing 33 million winning lottery ticket but put it through the wash.
She came forward after Camelot announced the winning numbers had been selected in Worcester and told residents to check down the side of sofas .
The woman, who refused to be named, claims the paper slip went through the washing machine in the pocket of a pair of jeans.
She presented the tattered remains to Ambleside News on Friday, where she said she bought it.

Massachusetts man buys lottery tickets to break $100 bill, wins $10 million
A Massachusetts man who bought two lotto tickets so he could break a $100 bill to buy lunch was left stunned after he ended up scooping an astonishing $10 million in prize money.
Richard Noll only purchased two $20 Platinum Millions instant tickets at Lanzilli Groceria in East Boston so he'd have smaller notes to buy food at a sandwich shop, reports ItemLive.com.
But he ended up with much more than he bargained for when he scratched the cards and discovered he was a newly minted multimilli

Scamming store owner loses lottery license
Well Stack, if I was of the pc mindset I'd be highly GASP offended by you insinuating dealers are cheats. I guess your vast knowledge of everything in casinos you got from Barney Vinsons' book didn't inform you that in the old days 'mechanics' were purposely put on certain games or that 'cheats' don't last long.
I guess you just had to make a comment. I'll just consider part of your neenee neener it is condition.
As for this thread,
OP title: Scamming store owner loses lottery lic

Scamming store owner loses lottery license
It was already shown by myself and other posters that the owner of RD's Deli and Market in Melrose, Massachusetts did not have the surname of Patel. I submit the link below as proof or you can look it up for yourself on google if you don't believe me.

Scamming store owner loses lottery license
mikeintexa,
U.R. Stuck, can't believe she fell for it, good one.
PrinceRene,
It's plain as day that many of the people who have been here a lot longer than you and are familiar with the News forum threads about lottery scams wouldn't be at all surprised to find out someone named Patel was involved.
Stop looking for excuses to call others 'racist' - GASP! - and start arguments.
Here, consider this, at the Vegas Golden Nugget in the late 1980s, prior to internet

Store owner tried to scam woman out of lottery winnings
POS...whats that point of sale?
When i hand over my tickets i am just waiting for somebody to pull a fast one...
I will start cussing and yelling...and I will knock over the gum. I dont especially like it when i hand over the winning ticket and they rip it up in front of me vigorously like i dont have any emotional attachment to that ticket....that ticket was a work of art!!
I do NOT like to feel disrespected at the lottery terminal after all the KUCFing hard work i put in!!!

ran into another rude/sneaky patel today
This sort of interpretation of things is, in my opinion, where the majority of racist ways are rooted. Mr Patel as well as Mr Mohammed as well as Mr Robinson do not have to feel responsible for 9/11 beyond the repercutions of their own deeds. If an individual who happens to have a similar name and origin as a minority living in the US causes a terrorist attack, the minority as a whole should not be blamed or held responsible. Some of the most educated big heads in our world fail to grasp the ver

Defective scratch off ticket
lol!! Don't let them fool you...you might think you're dealing with a Mehta, a Pawar or a Tambe...but they're just mainly all Patels. The reason
I say they don't like trouble is try and resolve a problem with money with one of them. It very nearly can't be done. They talk around the issue
until they've got you believing YOU owe THEM.
I had my tickets tallied up one day and handed them over...well the machine must not have been cleared from the last sale or something but
I got shorted

NY lawyer in lottery mystery travels to Iowa this week
I imagine the winners are one of the following:
1. Muslim - don't want people to know played the lottery and won; nor want scrutiny of where some of those millions will go (can you say Hesbolah? Al Qaida?).
2. Released Convict, likely a sex offender - again don't want any media scrutiny.
3. Indian former convenience store owner found guilty of lottery fraud - need I say more, Mr. Patel?!
4. Former clerk at store where ticket was purchased - don't want scrutiny as to how possess ticke
