predictions of numbers which will "win"
It is still very interesting that there are folks who really believe that there are other folks who somehow have the ability to predict what the winning numbers will turn out to be in the next drawing of whatever game is being forecast. It comes as no surprise, at least to me, that this phenomenon is believed by a great majority of gamblers as well. Not that playing the lottery games of each of the states is not gambling, for it certainly falls clearly into the subject of wagering.I proposed

Legislation and media misconceptions plague Connecticut Lottery over technical errors
Lottery integrity called into question as media blows issues out of proportion
Exclusive Lottery Post investigative report
By Kate Northrop
The Connecticut Lottery is being forced to revisit a 2023 software glitch that caused confusion for some players trying to claim prizes and this time it's being made worse by local media blowing the matter out of proportion.
What started a technical hiccup has spiraled into accusations of cover-ups and violations of integrity. In June 2023,

Can AI Be Effectively Be Ued to Win a PB Jackpot?
I have a very private wife. She comes from a family that's very private. They're so private that if they don't know you, they definitely wont talk to you, and if they do know you, they gotta like you. If they don't like you, you aint havin' too much of a conversation with them. Took me more than just a little while to have conversations with them at her family's gatherings.
I also have a nephew and he's kinda geeky. He retired after working for both Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems. He was

classic questions on lottery forums
Studying past draws is a waste of time. Each drawing is an independent random event. The only way to increase the probability of winning is to buy more tickets.
It is true that each drawing is an independent random event. Since I mostly play the pick 3, it is also independent by position.
Also, more tickets is the only way to change the odds. But I am frugal so I would rather pick 1 combo than 10 or more, as the draw will still be from 1,000 combinations regardless of how many would be

When is the right time to hang your lottery boots?
I have that thought regularly. But I am one of those players who has no issue throwing in the towel for years at a time. Most of my 20 years on the LP was not playing.
Last year, the only game I played regularly was the PA match 6. That was most likely because the game goes off every night and I can pick a set of numbers and advance play for 26 days at a time. I know the odds and choose to accept the likely outcome. The opportunity to win even a part of $500,000 is the motivator to continue.

Gail Howard
Have no idea. Haven't got any her wheel books. Skimmed one on Amazon Prime, but that was it. Interesting thoughts. So let me ramble a bit and see what comes out........
I did mention on her numbers workup page in LMG where she has an option hunch picks or personal picks. And she does mention she encourages hunches.
Bottom paragraph on page 166 she's pretty clear saying, please don't write asking what you are doing wrong or asking (her) to pick numbers. She goes on that's not what she

Best pick options per position to actual win ratio?
It s all about the INVENTORY MAN!
That is what Most Statistical Based Systems manage. In addition to tracking (logging) the numbers themselves and then calculating their frequency and skip, all of our Systems assign Labels to Each Number and Each Position in the Draw. The Very First and I think Basic Criteria is to Set the Numbers in the Draw in Numerical Order. Actual Drawn Order in my opinion is a waste of time and memory and was the first thing to go into the discarded pile. A System can

what is the best type of programming to learn to use in lotteries?
That's quite an ambitious undertaking.
Definitely have to break it down into several smaller jobs to start.
Anytime you try to work with a compound of strategies/systems you run into problems where they conflict with each other. Both have their own thoughts on where the ideal situation lies.
Same with patterns. By choosing one type pattern you often have to sacrifice or extend you tolerance on another.
A Cartesian plan is nothing more than graph. If your main focus is doing
