Bookies in Exile
Costa Rica is highly prized by the world's backpackers and sightseers for its unspoiled natural beauty, but it's easy to forget that when arriving in its grimy capital, San Jose. The newly remodeled airport is surrounded by chain hotels, freshly paved roads and shiny corporate plazas. After that it goes rapidly downhill. A dusty highway heading vaguely toward downtown takes you through the poorer suburbs of San Jose, packed with families in corrugated-tin-roof shacks. Above them, on the sides of

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 10th Edition
Arrrgggg! This is a shame. Have you ever not wanted to not hit.... so you could win.
I say that only because I pretest my forecast which means I'm not going to put any money on it until the forecast passes the pretest. Based on the conditions for the strategy I'm using, I can see what's coming but I still can only win within a specific range of drawings (window of opportunity) based on the record number of drawings it takes for the strategy always win. I know I'm not telling yall everything

He accepted his prize of $568,990 after splitting the pot and paying taxes and moved on with life.
Ten years later, Colorado Bureau of Investigation agents visited Massihzadeh to interview him about his winning number because they were investigating a criminal scheme to rig lotteries. They suspected the other two ticket-holders who split the prize with Mass

Infamous lottery scammer says US computerized lottery drawings remain fatally flawed
Eddie Tipton warned them.
As the head of IT at the Multi-State Lottery Association, Tipton pulled aside his boss and told him the computer software that randomly selected the winning numbers for million-dollar games in as many as 17 states had a terrible flaw.
It wasn't really random.
Though his boss listened, Tipton told state investigators that other officials with the nation's chief lottery system did not. They told him to fix it, then moved on.
A disgruntled Tipton made some upda
