N.J. Lottery sets record for lottery ticket sales
The slumping economy seemingly hasn't stopped lottery players in New Jersey who want to cash in on their dreams.
The state lottery raised more money in ticket sales in the fiscal year ending June 30 than ever before in its 40-year history a record $2.6 billion despite a recession that has seen people's discretionary spending drop in other areas.
Regular customers at the 7-Eleven on Route 9 in Northfield said the state can thank them for their generosity in the last year.

Help With Robert Walsh's Pick 4 System
Hi,
I have purchased Robert Walsh's Pick 4 e-book. At first, it seemed simple and easy. I do understand all the formulas. But some of what he talks about is enough to drive you insane. Especially when he combines various strategies (which I've been advised I should forget about doing). I also don't understand the whole chapter on connectors. Well, I know what a connector is but I just can't follow what he is doing!
Half the book is understandable. The other half is him just talking about

Random Observations & Things To Ponder
While I wouldn't describe my financial situation as a plight , it's none the less a predicament.
We do have a very nice quality of life, and we've enjoyed it for more than 25 years. I dont resent the fact that I'm broke because I chose to send our kids to private colleges. I just want the financial pressure off. Here's why: Located in western Connecticut, a

N.C. Lottery notches record $1.42 billion in sales
Hopeful gamblers in New Hanover County spent more than $31.3 million on N.C. lottery games in the past year, about $161 per county resident or $361 per household, according to a StarNews analysis of lottery data.
Residents and visitors to New Hanover County spent slightly more cash on the lottery than they did on liquor at county ABC stores between July 1, 2009, and June 30. Liquor sales in the county totaled roughly $30.5 million during that time.
And New Hanover County consumers spent mo

Online Lottery Games Poll: Live drawings with balls V computerized draws
1 Vote from me for Live Draw.
If you have the technology and HD TV, you can record the drawings at very high resolution and play them back later in slow motion. If there is hanky panky in the Machine Room, it will be detectable this way. Remembering what happened in Pittsburgh back in 1980 with the conspiracy to inject paint into certain balls, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of Lottery Commissions do this routinely to keep their people honest!
