when will we see a 500 million dollar jackpot?
Correct me if I am wrong , but most Jackpots aren't in the 500 million dollar CASH$ prizes. If someone wanted the cash option , he/she will only get the cash in the Jackpot , not the future dividends of financial applications ...

What is wrong with this picture ?
Don't expect the idiots in Congress to have tax-free jackpots like the rest of the world. At least the Europeans and Canadians do it right.

No, the jackpot IS $44 million. You have the option of taking THAT prize amount annually over 26 years, or you can take a present day value. Both options are taxed. You ARE getting what you won and there's nothing to complain about. Lottery jackpots are advertised as ANNUAL payouts.

Rolldown vs. Rollover
*SIGH*. I can barely even tell what you're trying to say. You want jackpots to be able to go down? 4 of 5 is considered a lower tier prize?

Boring Jackpot Lotteries
I'm not use to both PB and MM being so low in Jackpot monies. I'm bored, and want the excitement of $100 million and $200 million Jackpots!

Whats the longest winning/losing streak you've ever had?
my win streak increases to 4 because i won 4 bucks last night in powerball. i never said my losing streak so that would be the powerball for ten years because i drove to kentucky to play when i was 18 and now that tennessee has it i still play so that makes 10 years for me losing out on powerball jackpots but ill stay positive and keep playing...

100 dollar ticket
No! If I ever spent $100 on a lottery it would probably be for 100 MM or PB tickets when their jackpots were over $200M.

Michigan and its insatiable appetite for cash
If they can sell those tickets then there must be a market for them. They aren't meant for everybody for example some people wouldn't spend $1 on a pick3 ticket with odds of 1:220 of winning $49 and others won't pay $1 for a PB or MM ticket if their jackpots are less than $50M.
