Usually when the 0s are hot, we get a lot of doubles. The 0s are cold we r under a cold spell right now. What's funny is we got a lot of overdue doubles in the eve draw. So the way it's going, I don't think so just yet.

Ronnie, The lottery scholarship is money generated from the sales of lottery tickets for the Carolina 5 lottery here in South Carolina. Students who graduate with high GPAs are eligilbe for scholarship funds to help pay for college, but they have to keep their grades up to continue getting the scholarship money each year in college...I thought it was funny because in the beginning, she was against the lottery, but didn't mind using the money for her son's educational fees.
