There are just some people that let greed rule them. I sure hope that they sue his buttons off. The I didn't buy it there ruse is old and people have become wiser. I hope he has spent ALL of his share so that they can enjoy spending theirs. Greedy gopher..I ran a lottery pool several times and each time we all got copies of the tickets and the winning numbers. We also had a contract..Nothing fancy but rules were spelled out.

I used to play in a pool (3 years ago) that was good for 200 plays when the powerball jackpot was over a certain amount. We all got photocopies of the numbers that were played, but I wasn't into checking numbers back then and just relied on other people's honesty to let me know if we had won anything.

I've got a strict policy of never buying personal tickets for the same drawing that my pool is entering, and when I do buy personal tickets for other drawings I tell everyone what I'm doing. I also always send out a list of the numbers we played.

My lottery pool consist of me, myself and I and all winnings go to my Wife. Now if I could just do a better job of trying to figure out how it is that everything I have is hers and everything she has is hers. We do a pool twice a week in the mega. I make a copy of the numbers and everyone that put money in gets a copy of the numbers. There are still some honest people around. (I hope)!

Lotterymania has hit the office where I work. I run some regular pools with around 14 members that play every drawing. Now that the jackpot is huge, that number has swelled to more than 50. As I walk thru the office today people are begging me to take their money and let them in the pool - and I will!!! I like looking through lots of tickets searching for that 1 in a million... correction... 1 in 135 million chance at the big money!
