Truth is that it is not up to Loto-Quebec to publicize winners of over $4 million dollars. Although, each province primarily puts winners on their own website from the national games. Canada has the philosophy that unclaimed prizes belong to the players and give millions of dollars back as bonus rounds. Too bad we don't import that mentality along with tax-free cash prizes. Also WA state is limited to 6 months.
