Lucky Loser If you watch the Texas Pick 3 and Daily 4 drawings, how can you not know that the 'Sums' are totals that are applied 'outside' the drawing machines. I'm really surprised you have an incorrect interpretation of what's actually happening. As you point out, the Sums are a feature having an 'extra' fee.
