USA Today used the exact same one) You want to write a headline that will pique someone's curiosity, but not so much that it tells too much of the story...you want the readers to read the piece,

Well, ThatScaryChick, he only went to two locations (store then lottery headquarters) to claim the ticket. The clerks the article references in the first paragraph were both, or all, at the SAME store. So, if a paranoid person, he might have felt that those clerks/friends were trying to make him lose out on legitimate monies due him ... simply to be spiteful to him. We don't know from this article. Although I do wonder why he didn't go to a second local vendor BEFORE being in such a huff/rag
