computerized drawings
Good point. Another thing I forgot to mention is if people start going to each individual state about computerized drawings each state might decide that this would benefit them more to switch from ball drawings to computers. However I don't see anything wrong with people trying to get the higher up to switch from computer drawing back to ball drawings. But their approach to this probably would be if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
its really something that more lottery players don't join in the fight against computerized drawings...my guess is most lottery players are casual lottery players who buy the occasional powerball ticket and probably don't care which is sad because i know most people here at this site don't want computerized drawings.what worries me is i could almost see all states ending up computerized by the end of the decade as cost cutting measures by the different states.its spreading like a bad virus and h

all states one day being computerized....
do you one day see every state in the lottery being computerized...i dread this happening and hope it never comes to pass.....its kinda like people who love vinyl albums hated when they replaced albums with compact discs.there was something about the cover art that made albums fun to look at when you were in the record store and they reduced it to a small little disc.but anyway as i was saying i hope maybe the tide will turn and they will put an end to computerized drawings and maybe even pass a

lottery drawings
i think the ping pong balls are the heart of the lottery and right now with all these computerized drawings i look at the computers like they are bad cholesterol and right now the lotteries have clogged arteries from all the accumulation of computers so lets just hope something prdventive happens before the lotteries lose a lot of revenues because of this heart attack i sure wouldn't want to see the lotteries die from something thats prdventable because all it takes is exercise on ou

Missouri lottery results, questions
Missouri switched to computerized drawings in July.Question: Has the change made a detectable difference in winning percentages and payouts?Further. is there anyone here who tried to win the Missouri lottery using personal or other systems? Has the switch made number predicting harder, or easier?Be nice to get some current information on what impact computer drawings have had, if any, on player systems, as well as the commercial, for sale, systems.

What about those bonuses!?!
Fellow lottery players,I've seen a couple of news articles about lottery top officials being given huge bonuses. Hmmmmmmmmmm, wonder why? Aren't these games state government run (Georgia being one of those states)? How in the world can they justify bonuses when they've implemented computerized drawings to save money ? How many other state employees (top officials included) get such large bonuses? bonuses period? Are they getting bonuses on how much profit their lottery makes? That's our

todd whats your theorys on pick 3
I am a casual Pick 3 player only - just for fun. When I play, 50% of the time I get Quick Picks, and the other 50% I use some of Lucky's picks. The only major theory I have is that I strongly dislike when states use computers to pick the numbers ( computerized drawings ). I firmly believe all drawings should be conducted with mechanical lotto ball machines. Also, gravity-based machines are better than blown-air machines. Thanks for asking!

Texas lottery considers eliminating lotto balls
The familiar white, numbered balls that have determined the winners of hundreds of millions of dollars in Texas lottery prizes may get bounced. The Texas Lottery Commission is taking a first, cautious step toward using a computer to replace the rubber balls used since the games began in 1992.It's early in the conceptual stage, but lottery officials have looked at computerized random number generator systems that, linked with animations, are used by a handful of lotteries to pick the winning nu
