Hi Paulette,Thanks for inquiring. I am doing fine. I've been really busy lately as I have a lot of work to do building strength. At one point in time at the start of my illness, I lost 100 lbs. and from that point on it sapped my energy. I am exactly where I want to be weight wise now, I just need to build some muscle. I do an hour and a half of exercising a day now alternating between aerobics and weights. The doctor will only let me lift 5 lbs. so I am not building any great muscle.....
