Hoping isn't going change a thing. I think both multi-state games are interested in pushing the envelope of what players will put up with before they stop playing. Once that point is reached, they will step back and redesign the game to something similar to what they had just before reaching that point. That's what happen in Ohio with their $2 Lot'O Play game with a 6/100 matrix. After a year they came out with Classic Lotto(6/49) for $1.

If NYL can't be bothered to offer a subscription for Powerball, I doubt they'll offer one for C4L... which is too bad, because I'd probably subscribe to both.
