I said maybe only because normally unless you live in or near IN you wouldn't be playing it.Since many people here on LP play online and play it.... it's hard to say. Those sale losses are from stores not online play.I have won on Indiana a few times but not a lot but, it's not a state that I play very often.Not sure but, if any state was rigging the lottery someone would find out. I really believe that the daily numbers are rigged in Ohio. Check this last years pick 3 winners. How can 1 digit be drawn 4, 5,6, 7 days in a row? All right once and for all in order to rig the game the balls would have to come out of the machine in some sort of pattern that is to say all the rigged balls would have to appear when they were drawn over and over again or it wouldn't be rigged. Computer can delete the winner it self be4 the draw. Answer yes if its a computer generated game. If lottos rigged, time isn't the key. Answer timing is everything. If lottos rigged, Time is the key.
