Indiana Lottery (Hoosier Lotto)
If you're just expressing your opinion, maybe you should go into ANY topic started about a lottery, and if it's an RNG lottery, post RNG Cheaters! RNG Cheaters! . The person who started this thread wanted to talk about a high jackpot, not whether or not the Hoosier Lottery cheats or why it's RNG, therefore your post was OFF TOPIC. The targeting of the Hoosier Lottery on this forum is keeping people who want to talk about the Hoosier Lottery games from having a decent discussion because somebody

hoosier lottery poll
I said maybe only because normally unless you live in or near IN you wouldn't be playing it.Since many people here on LP play online and play it.... it's hard to say. Those sale losses are from stores not online play.I have won on Indiana a few times but not a lot but, it's not a state that I play very often. Not sure but, if any state was rigging the lottery someone would find out. It might be just a hard state to hit.I know a lot of people here on LP say that GA is easy but, IN is hard. others

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
Inexperienced in the conept of reality...I see. You know what reality is? Reality is random. You waking up one morning, deciding to buy a lottery ticket that has a computerized outcome seems pretty random, especially when you could have randomly broke your toe or randomly decided not to buy a ticket. The essence of reality is a random entity in of itself. So don't tell me I'm inexperience with reality. If you call scuffing, gravity, dents, weight, people constantly picking them up inspecting them

CONTEST: What's the best punch line?
In the spirit of coping with the perception that lotteries are fixed, crooked, rigged, corrupt, fraudulent, mismanaged, or whatever adjective you might choose, I'd like to offer a little contest.I'm sure that you've all heard the joke about the man who was sitting at his desk pounding his head against the wall. One of his co-workers walked by and inquired as to why he was hitting his head. Without hesitation, the man answered, Because it feels so good when I stop. Well, many a truth is told in

Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio
I really believe that the daily numbers are rigged in Ohio. Check this last years pick 3 winners. How can 1 digit be drawn 4, 5,6, 7 days in a row? Sure it might happen once a year, but this has happened about 10 times this year. It happened several times just in this last year. It never used to happen. It used to be about once or twice a year. And How can a Doubles be drawn 3,4, or 5 draws in a row? Sure this happens maybe once or twice a year, but it happens way too often for thi

Are Lotteries Rigged
All right once and for all in order to rig the game the balls would have to come out of the machine in some sort of pattern that is to say all the rigged balls would have to appear when they were drawn over and over again or it wouldn't be rigged. Now let's supposed that happened. After the official drawing and the independent auditors draw the balls for the records to see if it was tampered with the balls would come out with the same numbers over and over again. Whomever attempts to cash the ti

time and the result
Computer can delete the winner it self be4 the draw. Answer yes if its a computer generated game. If lottos rigged, time isn't the key. Answer timing is everything. If lottos rigged, Time is the key. Answer time might have something to do with it but probably not. It would however take time to come up with a clever way to fool everybody. It's more fair to often change its drawn time. Are Lotteries Rigged
Quote: Originally posted by Bryan on December 10, 2003 magamillionaire,Your definition of lottery matched mine....So....how does that in any way, shape or form negate the fact the lottery group is misleading the people into spending all this money on the Xtra game by not mentioning the fact the numbers are not drawn at random. If you want to say they are technically legal in what they are doing that's fine. But the fact remains they are purposely being deceptive and and I feel they would stand t
